Jonathan Baum

I bring over four decades of experience in the funds industry, primarily as a lawyer, but also as a fund principal, investment banker, and chief restructuring officer. Relationships I have developed during my career allow me and the teams that I form and lead to execute engagements typically associated with a handful of international law firms and at a fraction of their fees.

In sum, I have experienced much of what the funds world has to offer, the good and the bad.

I live in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts. Outside my professional work I enjoys swimming, cycling, music, white water paddling, and teaching adaptive skiing.
